At Gabi The Label, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags remain intact and the items are free of makeup or perfume marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
